Was Sora philosophically psychotic all along? I thought he has just the average crazy supervillain all long, now in the last 10+ chapters he suddenly has these ... "visions" for the world?

Oh Great and his storylines are just confusing wtf? I've never heard Ikki talk like that but it's very interesting. He needs to animate the manga when it's finished so we can understand wtf went on.

Remember how it was said that at technology penetrates everything? Even military technology? What Sora plans to do is basically give everyone the keys to nuclear missiles, and  whatever happens happens.
