So this was the task assigned by Sora to Gawain and Percival: to destroy Trident. okay, one of many possible scenarios here:



a) Sora saw through Yoshi's plan to usurp the SR once Koga, Genesis and SF are exhausted by the GST. Sora takes them him out of the picture before an opportunity arises.

b) Sora disposes of Trident since Yoshi would not surrender the Rumble Regalia. all Sora needs are the Regalia, not the Kings who wield it.

c) both a & b

d) Sora hates Yoshi's accent to he sends his underlings to shut him up for good.
