also, what is up with kururu on the tunning machine? she look to be in pain, did something happend to her after using her regalia? or is she making ikky regalia? i had read chapter 180 to 204 like three times ( that is when she uses her regalia up to kazu fight with ikky) for an answer to that but they haven't said anything about it. anyone care to explain?

I must admit, I completely forgot that Ringo was even a character in Air Gear. Its been seriously waaaay too long since we've heard anything about Sleeping Forest. I still hope Ikki takes her to school if/when they battle.

anyways, the chapter itself was both entertaining and enlightening. things are going to be interesting in the GST since the Kings possessing the original regalias will face off against SF who possesses copies of the authentic regalia.

I don't think there were many details about what happened to Kururu after she used the Pledge Regalia. after all, there were like 20 chapters between her appearances. and the last couple of those were merely 1 panel per chapter.
hmm, that thought never really crossed my mind before but that's a valid point you brought up. During the match against the White Wolves clan, Kururu used the Pledge Regalia and the 4 other tuners with her essentially became a "clone" of Kururu. after they finished tuning the ATs of the WWC, Konomi mentioned that she was completely exhausted after that. it was explained before that the 8 Regalias put a huge strain on the users body and I guess that the Pledge Regalia is no different.

I did see that image. It's that or Kururu has bondage fetishes. O_O
seriously though, Oh! Great hasn't reveal much info about the Regalias and its creation so everything is mere speculation at this point if that's the reason why Kururu seems to be in pain. the next chapters should shed light on that issue since we're approaching the GST, which could be the final major story arc of this series.

The eight kings are supposed to be the possesers of these regalia, yet it went on about the four kings of genesis before that. Canon did mention that SF possesses copies of the 8 original Regalia. But the versions that SF possess are pseudo-regalia, watered down versions so to speak. of the 8 Original Regalia, there's 3 that I'm 100% sure that are authentic: Agito's Fang Regalia, Sora's Wind Regalia, Nike's Jade Regalia Gabishi's road is similar to Agito's which is the Fang Road. his techniques are derived from the original (the concept of the 0-100-0, then unleashing a blast of air. In Gabishi's case, its not in the form of air like Agito's). Sora possessing the Bagram means that his regalia is authentic. in Nike's case, he took Kilik's regalia and upgraded it from the Gaia Road to the Jade Road.
I'm not sure about either Nue's or Yoshitsune's. there was very little info about how Nue obtained the Thunder Regalia. Yoshitsune's Rumble Regalia looks completely different from the one possessed by Dontores, one of the original members of SF (I'm too lazy to look it up and find the exact panel but I'm positive about this one).
on a related note, after re-reading the chapter, this image caught my eye.
I'm guessing that the symbol in the middle is of the Sky Regalia. then, connected to it are 8 emblems which I'm assuming represent the 8 Original Regalia. from those 8 diverge 2 lines connecting to 16 more emblems, 2 for each of the 8 original regalia. does that mean that there are 16 pseudo-regalias in total?
