The only reason I can think of for the author to do this is to set up some kind of scripted revenge fight for MC versus this immortal unlimited bullets ass hole.



I swear it would have been perfect for the bomb to kill him. So even if the bomb didn't blow up the school building it should have killed the most evil dude there and served a great purpose. Damn all that character building with mimura and his friend and they died like that for no reason.
