Killy meets up with the caller, I guess a builder who happened to find Cibo. It seems he was trying to help build repair her, so when he knocked off part of the ledge and he said "i broke it" and Cibo repeated the same thing the chapter ends. I think Cibo reverted back to a childlike personality, but also it's symbolic to how she actually broke the child she was carrying once she exploded.
