Chrno Crusade Chapter 52 Discussion

Rosette's weakness is her soul.  It's her soul she's given away not her overall health.  She doesn't have an injury that's fixable.. or at least I don't think so.  This is why I struggle to see how Az could help her.  There may be a way, but if Chrno's the one who's used up her soul then maybe with his death or something it can go back to her.



The best drawn punch in the manga was Joshua's first on Chrno, and what a beautiful time for that.  The "give me back my sister you monster" panels were crushingly horrible.  It's time like these that the expressive character art and good page composition come into play to create something truly memorable.



More speech from Aion putting himself above the current order as well as the end justifying the means, and more from Chrno stating that you don't have the right to substitute one life for another.  I wonder if Aion invited him because he misses him and doesn't want to leave his brotherly sinner in the dust during this rebirth, that is if he invited him to convince him to come with him after Chrno saw how useless it was to fight his fate.



I'm interested in where this is heading.
