Chrno Crusade Chapter 28 Discussion

That first scene was quiet the delightfully edgy one.  Remington, Guliam and some throw away characters investigate the pursuers base by following the demon smuggling truck involved with the Denver human disappearances.  They must have a suspicion that this is Aion's base for them to suspect them to have come in contact with him.  And the fact that Jenai, so quicky as to not make noise, took off two heads and attacked Guliam with them in hand was awesome.  I like him a lot through the emotion he shows and how edgy and emotional he is.



The carnival was nice again but this time we learned some more about Chrno's past, got reminded he's an old man in an unchanging body technically, and Rosette met Joshua again!  That's some build up.  I assume she was baited to chase after the Aion bird and that this is leading into their plans.  



The speech about everything changing and how Chrno has changed from his precious memories with Rosette was nice and cute.  He's learned to smile from her.
