It's not Saki, it's Keiko who probably got a crush on Madarame as well :P

It's pretty much confirmed she does.

Angela was brilliant this chapter. She seems to be more interested about making Madarame happy than just being her girlfriend. She's an unlikely candidate though, because I doubt a long-distance relationship would be that interesting to portray.

I think Keiko could work. She has a laid-back personality similar to Angela's, and that would make for pretty funny antics with Sasahara.

. . . Though that'd make Spotted Flower even more unnerving to read, I guess.

This entire volume has just been beating around the bush, so I'm finally glad it looks like it will be concluded soon. I'm truly tired of this arc and its associated drama and can't wait to see something new happen for Genshiken.

Yeap it's Keiko. God i can't wait for the following chapters....who's gonna be the lucky girl. It was about time for Madarame to get some love.

Yeah. Keiko doesn't really like Madarame in the 1st place. The only reason why Keiko goes to Genshiken is because of Kohsaka. So it's definitely Saki.

Saki being the fourth would really ruin the rejection scene, IMO. It was a huge moment that basically answered all that unresolved tension between Madarame and Saki in the first season. Going back on it like that ("well actually nvm what I said I love you lol") would definitely cheapen it. Not to mention we got Saki's point of view when she was "analyzing" Madarame's crushes right after the rejection. If she was part of the four, it would probably have worked differently.

Keiko is definitely not infatuated with Madarame the same way Sue or err, Hato is. But I think that's a good thing. The other relations would seem too anime-ish for me, and it would be a good thing for Madarame to actually be confronted with a more plausible one with slightly less potential drama.

Plus that would make Sasahara (and probably Ogiue by extension) an important part of the manga again, and let Hato develop in another way (which is slightly already hinted at in the recent chapters with his interactions with Yajima).

Chubby girl making Hato not give up BL, and looks like it's fixed?  But Angela wants all three of them (Hato and Sue included?!) to confess to Madarame, and he got himself fructured from running away from them.
