Yeah it does suck. I liked her attitude. It was refreshing.

i really did not expect Kana to die so soon,too bad,she had the potential to evolve even more and have a more important role in the future development of the plot

That was unexpected.

Kana's death kind of saddens me. I just felt that she was better than Murano.

A shame, really, cause she did seem to have a lot of potential for some interesting development. Don't know if the author planned on exploring her power any further or simply dropped that plotline (which would be a real waste).
