Uzumaki Chapter 16 Discussion

16 chapters...16 chapters of spiral horrors and only NOW she realizes that she needs to escape. Kirie see all of the strange things since the beginning, and acted like "Wow that's normal". If i was her i already was out of the town with Suichi.

Ah yes, it was at this moment you realized you had to escape and not 16 chapters ago.

It took her 16 chapters, months, mad people, contorting people, weird smoke, snail fucking people, tornadoes, devil lighthouse, attention craving hair that kills you, crazy people, crazy lake, "snake" lovers, house being destroyed,  skin disease, mosquito pregnant laddies killing people for blood and putting the babies back in and retarded people, which she's part of.



I don't know if we should leave, Shuichi.

Stupid Kirie... and Chie too... somehow they managed to still be alive... but it won't be for much anymore... looks like they will make the definite move... and the move is undeniably obvious... Escape in whatsoever way they really can... I would... since I started to eat Snail People meat then we're pretty much doomed... We're bound to be transformed into those horrible living things..... Dammit



How could she say that huh? I have to escape... yeh sure... you should have tried since you saw the Snail people... or the Talking babies... LOL C'mon you're so lame.... Oh gosh... in fact you should have tried to escape since Shuichi told you to leave the town... yet you... arggggh.. stupid girl... I found really funny the fact that the Ships were sucked into the Gigantic Sea Whirlpool... Poor Japanese Navy....

He probably didn´t because of Kirie, though honestly, if I were him and truly cared for my lover, I would have just drugged the whole family and taken them away from town with a car or something. :-/

Another possibilty would be that there was never a chance to leave the town to begin with, but I doubt it...

Well, I think now it's a little too late for want to escape.

I was sure that eating a snail person would turn you into one.
