Interesting chapter for Izumi as well, it's nice to see him getting annoyed by how Abe babies Mihashi, I really liked that part when he's like "oh shut up already, he doesn't need you to tell him to take care of his fingers" or something.
Seems like he's also thinking of Tajima as his rival? He was pretty frustrated realizing he and Tajima were set up to the same trick, but only he was fooled.
And ofc, this... The greatest thing in the whole chapter...

It's...kind of confusing to check into Oofuri. @_@ And it's so hard to remember all that happened last unless I keep on top of it.
I'll just come back and edit this entry as I read new chapter 23 parts.

Abe's getting all nervous, that's not good. And it's worrying Mihashi...
Wonder if Mihashi will ever learn to question Abe's signs? That would give Abe one less thing to worry about, his pitcher not even noticing a bad call.

It's nice that Abe was trying to get Mihashi's opinion. I think they should practice asking him things outside of games to get him used to being asked for his opinion...

Wait, so no one noticed in Nishiura about the yes-only head-shaking until now?
I'm glad Abe realized what was up about the head-shaking thing. There will definitely be more about that in the future.
I think Mihashi could be a great asset if he kept noticing things like he did and pointing them out! I mean, not even Tajima or Abe had noticed it yet.
