The part with Sakurai and the alien grandma was really tense

Didn't expect the One Piece theme to be there. But there are a lot of references to other manga/anime in this series.

I don't get it, the aliens come in destroy our infrastructure, destroy our governments, kill our families, and destroy everything we hold dear. Then they do a 180 say we're all supposed to be friends and that the Gantz fighters are terrorist.....and everyone's okay with that? The masses just accept the terrorist bit and begin hating Kei and the rest of the fighters? No one holds any resentment for the aliens at all? I mean what the hell I know the writer for Gantz usually gets really cynical when detailing the feelings of the masses but seriously this is just plain old dumb, and in my opinion a pretty plain plot hole if I ever did see one.



I mean history and pop culture of the past has shown us that the people never accept occupation without a fight, yet in this manga everyone is happy about this occupation and believes that BS propaganda about the Gantz dudes being terrorist....Am I the only one that thinks that's a dumb plot development?

Glad to see Sakurai isn't totally immoral - i still want to see him murder all the armed at least though ;)

I wonder if this alien girl with Kurono will turn out to be an ally in the end, if she's really going to just get them killed... I wouldn't be all that surprised if this actually ends with the humans all dying.



I'm glad he didn't kill that old lady and child, but it looks like he might next chapter.

The part with Sakurai is hitting different. The granny and the child are genuinely kind. That aside they're all just civillians. And he's going there with that Eren Jäger mindset xD Many of the aliens were already injured or killed, but if he pulls through with his plans then he's gonna reinforce the image of terrorism.
