GANTZ Chapter 295 Discussion

its odd though that Sakurai got zero points for this mission when he should have killed at least one alien when the Japanese guy on the Gantz bike saved him. it could be a malfunction on the Gantz ball, though it would have to be the same on the other Gantz balls. or it was the timer making its return in this mission and it expired before all the aliens were taken out. I'm leaning toward the latter.

I thought this was a great chapter that had a quite a bit happening. First, it seemed to confirm that Inaba and Old Man actually did die. Second, it showed Kurono kicking ass by taking out that huge statue while missing half his face and arm. Finally, I think the "Finished" is really interesting and has me very excited for next week. I certainly admit he wasted quite a few pages just showing everyone standing around the room, but other than that I was pleased with it.

My theory :

They all are finished as in they will get sent back to their real lives.

And then maybe the aliens will hunt them down? But wait, when you return to your real life you dont send signals anymore.



This is just dragging out the revealing of the katastrophe. :/

edit: Finished more than likely means Cherry didn't score enough points, so he's dead. That's my theory anyways.

So then does he die cause he got 0 points? I mean if finished means he doesn't have to fight anymore shouldn't that be a blessing?
