Yeah that's true, there's way too much going on in the Gantz plot as it is and they drop another random bombshell on us. I just hope that there are some missions before this whole Katastrophe thing. ^_^

We'll have to see how the manga-ka ties this new revelation up. Gantz is still a mystery up to this point. Is he the mastermind behind the aliens being on Earth? What of the other black balls in the world? and what of the advanced weaponry available for the Gantzers? This new possible twist just spins what the readers believed, and that was Gantz was an entity that was beyond human understanding.
