Was just reading back to some of the previous chapters, and in chapter 108 on the gantz webpage (think it was nishi who made it?) it mentioned the world coming to an end, and also mentioned alien invasions. I think it's going to be one massive Alien invasion rather then being a nuclear attack or something (although nukes could be used if there is an alien invasion) and Gantz's around the world have been training people to combat it, maybe all the alien fights thus far have just been tests for whats to come. This is just my theory anyway.
Anyway good chapter, think it was needed after the last few chapters we've had with the last arc, bit of a breather i'd say and also a "calm before the storm" type of thing with whats to come in a weeks time.
