SO NOW Izumi thinks he's going to hell, for killing a bunch of undead monsters in self-defense, not for cold-bloodedly gunning down more than 300 innocent civilians earlier. I won't say good riddance to him though. He was a cool villain and a realistic portrayal of a charming sociopath. But since he was meant to be the anti-Kato (a weird sort of replacement), it makes narrative sense for him to die now that the real Kato is back.
