A lamp in the daylight might not be much but that doesn't mean that he'd stay useless once the sun sets. He gets pushed around in school but he's essentially living the life as a free-roaming superhero in his free time. Everyone meeting up together on the rooftops like that was awesome.

He really fits the leader role now!

Damn. I started reading Gantz thanks to Super Eyepatch Wolf’s new video. I remember he talked about this chapter in it. That last page was definitely the highlight of the chapter.
