He had planned to die after killing a lot of people so I guess that Izumi's getting what he wanted when he started getting choked to death. A weirdo he may be but he's the hero of the day and I hope that those gunshots wouldn't kill him or make it the last time we'll see him at least.

Not sure how realistic that was ... I mean 3 bullets went in to his stomach region (there are quite a few organs there) ... Also the bullets should have been able to go through the corpse, especially at such close range ... But regardless, that Karate dude is pretty tough.
