                        was it just me, or did Izumi seem as though he was having second thoughts right before he started shooting those people?

either way he's still a psycho asshole in my books ->-

He only used one handgun so far and showed intense nervousness before starting the massacre but he's putting out fatal shots left and right and killed over a dozen before any of them could've reacted, holy shit. I definitely underestimated the chaos this would cause.

Why the fuck are people still just walking after the first gun shot was fired? Do people in Japan not know what a gun sounds like? Or did the author forget that guns are fucking loud? Because if you shot once in a crowded place the next second people would be fleeing in terror.
