Seeing those little Claymores-in-training help heal one of their senpai was

adorable. And I don't use that word very often in this series.

I think only helen and Anastasia can match with Cassandra because helen has elastic arms and Anastasia can fly.

err, I wasn't paying attention to who you said, but if it were especially Dietrich:

"what goes up, must come down,... into the Dirty Dancing Meat Grinding of the Dust Eater", hehe

Cassandra's new name for her Dust Eater: Dirty Dancing

"Dirty Dancing, no wonder she's so blushingly shy, (who knew she had such a wild side!)" -HK

Cassandra's Dust Eater could very well be the equivalent of the Drill Sword... Cassandra can spin her body so fast and attack that it's no different than the speed at which the sword in the Drill Sword spins at...

a possibility... :D

1. actually, if the manga did (old version-translation) or does (new/current-version translation) had Katea listed as specifically Rank 32, I have a possibly "inkling-memory" that it was actually elsewhere in the manga, in a very obscure location (and thus why I haven't re-found it yet, if it is there, lol), and not the location you just cited, as that's the well-known location, which in my memory has never said rank 32. If the manga mentions/mentioned that Katea is specifically rank 32, it's somewhere else, obscurely so, within the manga, some obscure chapter and page number, which I haven't been able to re-find (if it does exist).

2. It's my understanding/theory that Claymores are actually rarely immediately replaced. Instead, there's a mass-wave of replacement all at once.

as you brought up, Ophelia was not replaced, instead the Org waited for the additional deaths of the 17 out of the 24 Claymores at the Pieta Battle, before they issued all the new Claymores, which I mark as the end of "Clare's Era" into the new "Clarice's Era".

there's many other examples of dead/missing/rebelling Claymores not being replaced immediately either. Ophelia is not the only one.

but, to be fair, there are some examples of some Claymores at least being moved/promoted to fill the empty ranks (but this still leaves an empty weaker rank not being replaced), and maybe there's some actual new Claymore replacements but I can't think of any off the top of my head at the moment, grr.

3. here's how to do the spoiler code:

[spoiler.](your message or url link or image link or etc)[/spoiler.]

for an example:

[spoiler.]Here's how to do the spoiler code[/spoiler.]

remove the dot (".") from [spoiler.] and from [/spoiler.]

and here it (the example) is, when done correctly:

Here's how to do the spoiler code
