Not surprised that Priscilla is still so strong. Riful said that her awakened form used up a lot of energy, so obviously human form uses far less energy. We can then infer that Priscilla's loli-form uses even less energy up. Considering that she probably hasn't done anything for the past years except sit on Raki's shoulder and it's shouldn't surprise anyone that she still has a lot of juice, especially considering how strong she was built up to be early on.
So yeah, she hasn't been eating, but then again she hasn't been doing anything that would sap her energy. She's probably been feeding on a little bit like a hibernating bear.
