yes but using such big weapons (as claymores) isn't an easy thing. even galk doesn't have great swords. also, in the last chapter, the villagers were so amazed that they thought raki was a claymore and when his identinty as a male was exposed, even then they couldn't believe it. finally the fact that the Priest did imply that it was the first first time of meeting a claymore doesn't mean that someone else didn't hire a clymore before.nontheless i don't believe that raki is a claymore, however i believe that he is a new experiment like clare etc that took the flesh and blood of teresa.
Yes great swords are hard to use, hence why they are "two-handed". Sid and Galk are standart knights. Its incomparable of what can training with strongest in the Land do.
If real life people could handle great-swords, no doubt Raki can after training.
And no. Even organisation was somewhat surprised about the Rabonna case and all that stuff. Even the fact that Galatea HAD to reveal herself to get claymore into there for fighting AB, means that...they are VERY rare view here.
