4 main villains death: 2 of them (completely randomly) commited suicide, one got hit by a ship with 2 side characters on it, and the "final boss" got immobilized by "the flames of wild emotion", then he was LOVED TO DEATH!



I am actually ok with Zeref&Mavis, but there are plot holes. What's up with August? Instead of doing that Makarov bullshit, Hiro could have shown us some info about August. I can't really imagine a good way to put August into the story at this point. His character was a trash after his suicide.



So I'll accept their love thingy, but what about Makarov? He's almost 100 years old. Please, just let him be dead. I like shounen, but I expect casulties from the heroes too. I wish Hiro got so bored of his manga and passed it to G.R.R. Martin. At this point a mass-death in the manga wouldn't hurt as much as the plotarmors.

IKR, I wanna know about what's going on with Mystogan. The guy had the most hype in FT after Gildarts and he didn't even appear in the cover page (SMH)

I was actually into the chapter for the first time in forever because I thought the whole scene between mavis and zeref was sweet but then fucking makarov shows up alive and puts everything right back in the toliet where it has been for the longest time now. I couldn't help but start just laughing.

Kill everyone and let makarov live PLEASE................. It's indeed a Fairy tail where good guys live and bad guys die erhem Nobody was angry about makarov death because he had to die and it was heroic even more than when he sacrificed himself for acnologia that's where he must ad died actually , even so this was also nice end for makarov but he must live on, and seriously acnologia is gone for real? that's more lame than how haru defeated etherius in rave master ...................... what's next rave masters last chapter repeat with 7 year timeskip???



Like rave it's a great story but hiro sucks at final arcs in his works :D

Fairy Tail never fails to amaze me. After a moving farewell of both Mavis and Zeref, he just had to "revive" Makarov. I just can't with this series. Good thing only 9 chapters remains before the end.

AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. Well the Mavis x Zeref part wasn't so bad but wish that at the end they met with their son in the afterlife.



Makarov coming back to life is weird.

I actually liked the chapter. Mavis and Zeref died together and the whole 'death by being loved' logic more or less made sense. It was kinda sweet and slightly tragic but it's a good ending for both of them. Also, the last page was nice.



Unfortunately... Makarov is alive! Ugh... Like almost everyone else I always thought that he'd come back eventually but after such a long time passed I thought that maybe, just maybe, Hiro finally killed off Makarov for real. But no. Makarov is destined to be the master of Fairy Tail for all eternity. I mean, seriously; what the heck? It seems like Mavis and Zeref resurrected Makarov or something. I don't know and I can't say I really care either. Makarov is alive and all logic is out the window.



Oh well, we have another 8 chapters. I seriously wonder what Hiro plans on doing with that many chapters. I wish we could see Happy and Carla reunite with their parents and I'd also like to know how things in Edolas are right now. Also, the ships need to sail so that I can have some sense of satisfaction.
