Still waiting for Zeref to use a single spell on Natsu lol. But at this rate Natsu will just go into END form and oneshot him if he can do this well without even using dragon force.More likely he'll get nakamized.

But I agree, after all that buildup I'd like to see a good final fight that deviates from Fairy Tail's usual nakama power up asspull new hidden technique battles.

Anyway an all right chapter, Jellal and Erza had their little moments, and Wendy had some funny facial expression, no progression on the Natsu and Zeref fight, we know Zeref is crazy, what is your plan Mavis?
And are they going to be able to lure Acnologia to their trap, a Time Lapse, why do I feel future Rogue is coming back.

So Anna spends like 20 plus years looking for a way to defeat Acnologia?! (if you count the years fairy tail main team members spend trapped on Tenroujima because of Mavis' fairy sphere)
her reason for not looking for the Dragon slayer kids she was tasked to raise and look after is such B.S. asspull lol she claims they were doing fine and well off so she let them be, Wendy spend years alone traveling until she met Mystogan and Gajeel joined a guild that pushed him to do horrible things and he planned on fighting and defeating Natsu(someone he's supposed to work with to defeat Acnologia). If anything she hardly did her job as a teacher, it's obvious the Dragon slayers were not prepared to fight Acnologia and for awhile every one in the magic world thought Acnologia had killed the Dragon slayers on Tenrou Island, so where was she when that happened? Did she still think they were well off when they disappeared or were dead for 7 years?
So much asspull in this arc its just sad and silly to read this manga now
I agree with everything you said, but the bolded part is factually wrong.
Furthermore, we do not know how much she actually knew about the kids after she left them.
Here are the facts though. Hiro Mashima hadn´t thought that far ahead yet when he wrote Anna into the story. When he wrote the "Dragonslayer subplot" all he had in mind was the Dragons dissapearing during the year Lucy´s mother died.
He already had a vague idea about them being from the past and when he came up with Eclipse time travel became a convenient plot device to abuse, which lead to the horrible mess that we are looking at right now.
