Fairy Tail Chapter 523 Discussion

The only good thing in this chapter is Acnologia.

The Natsu/Gray panels are the usual FT BS at it's finest....

Acnologia is Back(Which was the only good thing in the chapter) and I hope he actually continue on his Journey of Killing all the Dragon Slayers starting with Wendy but hell we all know that's never going to happen.

I give this chapter a 2/5

Eileen is definetly going to save both erza & wendy, giving them a power up and seal acnologia for a bit amount of time again.



Natsu vs zeref should be one-sided, there's no way in hell natsu should've a chance against zeref considering the latter is immortal and has the dark magic up his sleeve.



But one way or another, natsu obviously gonna win. or maybe mavis is going to help him?

hiro mashima is one of the few authors/writer who actually degrades the longer and more he writes

and not like kubo or kishimoto bad,



like he actually wrote a pretty sucessful manga(sorta i guess)

Yeah, I realized that in this arc. I really feel like he wants to just end this manga, yet refuses to kill off characters.  His intentions are so confusing, and doesn't make sense for me at all. I am still interested how it will end, and I hope it will end this year, with no more arcs. It still can be pretty good manga, if he realizes when to stop, and how to make a good ending.

that lucy aquarius key arc, and the god shit seems like itll go somewhere sadly :s



i mean mashima did say he refuses to kill chars, but come on man, at least either

1.give them cooler powerup and let them keep it, and not magically forget about it

2.dont magically be daijoubu :s



i thought it was impossible to create an arc worse than thousand blood war arc or the 2nd half of the 4th shinobu war arc or even alfonline arc

The only reason this chapter escapes a 1/5 is Acnologia's arrival.



Of course Gray wouldn't be able to use Iced shell & sacrifice himself. This is Fairy Tail after all.

Now waiting to see what will happen to Erza&co...

Sometimes I feel like the only reason why I'm still reading these moments are for Gajeel x Levy...

ah the soul or memories of Ur trying to stop Gray sacrifice attempt and then Natsu seals the deal of stopping Gray



and damn Acnologia is here, will Eileen go back to life and enter her queen dragon form to fight Acnologia? i hope so
