Well a reminder not everyone knows about Makarov, we see that with the Erza / Wendy scene, and also Natsu doesn't know either, when he finds out I don't what he might do.



Do Natsu had to choice demon or dragon, he is like forget that, I am human. So that is all he needed to get out of his funk, okay.



The highlight for me is Natsu is waking right next to Lucy, both of them naked. The way the scene is drawn, it looks like they just had sex, all that is missing is for Natsu to have a smoke after a job well done. I am sorry, Natlu is canon, anyone that try to say Natsu and Lucy are just good friends, are like brother and sister, they are lying to themselves. I am happy about that.



So the whole universe one thing is gone, I forgot about that, so everything is reset again. So anyone can be in the same place as anyone. Since most likely his fight is next, I think probably Brandish is going to land where ever August is, they have some unresolved stuff.



August is probably going to fight Gildarts. That is what the next chapter "Strongest Wizard" might be about.

If you really think about it this was even a bigger ass-pull than destroying a comet with broken bones.

Chapter was better this time, a bit on the boring side.



Erza displaying a cold behaviour to her mother is still stupid and makes her a terrible character, because Irene sacrificed herself at the last moment and saved Erza, not to mention diminished Universe one. At the very least Erza can show some emotions atleast, doesn't even have to be crying. People are forgetting the fact that Irene was INSANE from her psychotic lapses when she was dragonified, which gave her lose sense in reality and made her messed up mentally, so Erza should be able to understand that and go toward her mother. Erza doesnt even bat an eye, makes an irrelevant comment and hugs Wendy lmao. Then makes a pretty cold comment about only Makarov being her parent. That's gotta sting for Irene.



Practically Irene got destroyed as a character in terms of writing and characterization, and no one in the verse will remember her. "One of the strongest Spriggans ever". My ass she was.



I fear for August now.



Unfortunate that I couldn't see my boy Gray this time, which sucks since I've been waiting so long for his ass to show up. So hopefully Mashima has big things planned for him, and bring him back to the level headed mature character he's always been (minus the previous fiasco with Natsu). I don't think the END subplot is done for now, it's probably going to be temporarily forgotten until Hiro revists it again..
