This felt like a piece of chocolate cake, after the shit that we received last week. Pretty awesome chapter, I expected Hyberion to put a better fight tho, wasn't he #2 after all?



Acnologia totally stole the show [ i really love his design, it reminds me of yuu yuu hakusho], but I`m pretty sure Serena is not dead yet. He had 8 Dragon Lacrimas after all, so one of them must have something for healing. If we are lucky, he`ll get up and we'll get to see a proper fight between him and Acnologia.

Maybe he has another Dragon type that can save him from that situation such as HEALING or ILLUSION types. If he's dead just from that one attack, I'm seriously pissed of at Hiro Mashima right now.

There's no reason whatsoever for him to be alive. Also I find it hilarious how people want him to be even more of a stu than he already was this chapter

Well holy shit, that was something I didn't expect. It was pretty hype when it showed off how strong Serena was with multiple dragon slayer magic and how he could trash the 4 Wizard Saints. Now their defeat sits much better with me. Even more hype was the fact Serena was just intended to be fodder as well, with Acnologia showing up and one shotting him. Like I honestly don't know what to expect now from the series with how Hiro is handling this war, and I'm not sure if that's a good or bad thing. Bit worried now that Acnologia is hunting down all the Dragon Slayers :l, hope he doesn't end up killing any of them.

It would be a let down if he dies here. We need his backstory. His motive for betraying Ishgar. Why does he have 8 lacrima's inside his body? I really do think that he is one of the important characters of this arc.

Guess he's the one to wreck Serena lol. Didn't see that coming.

It's getting kinda boring though with all these one shots >_>

Acnologia quite impressive this chapter. Even I have to give him a standing ovation right there.



GG Serena. Never was a fan. Acnologia was definitely the spotlight this chapter.
