The only ones from the other non-CS guilds I can see being of any help are Kagura and Lyon, maybe Chelia and Milianna. Then again, it's been a year so maybe the fodder from the GMG got up to FT's level.
Lol no none of them would be of any help except in dealing with foot soldiers aside from jury,kagura. Lyon below gray now as is Celia to wendy

Nice chapter. I hope Fairy Tail doesn't win on their own. It's time for the other guilds to make their appearance. And Crime Sorcière. Especially Crime Sorcière. It's a direct battle against Zeref's empire after all; Jellal and his team need to be here.

Please no. I'd like for Simon to turn out to be alive but not like this. Simon shouldn't be a part of Alvarez. This guy's most probably not Simon anyways since as far as I remember, Simon's jaw was completely torn off or something. Not sure though...
He was just hit to the jaw with magic and his jawbone was broken.
It´s quite easy to explain his behaviour and why he is on Alvarez side.
He´s obviously insane right now, so he probably was a "test subject" specimen whatever. Natsu noticed it was him, through the voice/looks, that´s why he´s surprised, a few second later we see him gaining his resolve back though, because he notices him as an enemie for the momment.
And because this is Fairy Tail, Simon will be cured of his insanity through the power of friendship.

Ajeel has better control of Sand so that's a horrible idea
Not only that, but as stated by Erza when fighting Laxus with her lightning empress armor,
"When 2 wizards of the same type clash, the factors that determine the outcome is whoever has the highest magical power, their technique and experience".(lets us ignore the "kokoro" part)
I doubt a celestial spirit is even near Ajeel level.
