The Mavis we've always seen is likely an illusion or a astral projection. It was never stated Mavis died.

So this chapter was part enemy meeting, and part Zeref and Makarov have an intense talk.



Well if my count is correct, we have 4 more Spriggen 12, and adding to who had already introduced, that is a total of 6 we know so far, so we are half way there, some of them are named after the seasons, interesting.



So we get some insight on how this empire came to be, it is simply Zeref lived a long time, and was able to grow it because of his power and immortality.



The big reveal Fairy Heart, and giving what Zeref, this is looks like to be the final arc. Unless of course our heroes get away, comeback to Ishgar, and we have another arc, and this is just a preview down the line. At this point no, let's do this.



It is official, Makarov is never going to die, we had two great opportunities for him die and for his death to mean something, and two times he gets saved at the last minute, nope I am never going to fall for the Makarov death watch ever again.



So does team A get home or not, either way, time to gather the troops and have a big guild alliance, and time to go to war. This is going to be grant. And Acnologia is going to be the center of it all. I think if he wanted to, Acnologia can destroy that whole empire san Zeref if he wanted to.



A good chapter, but a big let down at the end, Hiro is never going to pull the trigger on Makarov's death.

Well,considering Makarov was hesitating to use it back on tartarus arc,I imagine this magic is a one time only,and that it will probably kill Mavis. Considering it could be used against Face,it's probably some sort of dispel magic,or a massive scale fairy law,I don't know.

I urge everyone to read the latest and last chapter of Fairy Tail Zero, there is a big reveal, what all thought was true is not.

Man, in about a month, Fairy Tail is always ON POINT. This chapter was really good. So Zeref created the Alvarez Empire and that reveal about Fairy Heart. And as I suspected we are close to the ending of Fairy Tail. I believe this will be the last arc. Makarov was really close to being destroyed. Can't wait for the next chapter.
