I think it's a bit of a fuzzy deal when it comes to Troia. It's not a permanent fix so I'd hardly call it healing. It's a temporary counter-measure to combat motion-sickness. She's not healing per se as motion-sickness isn't an infection, wound or broken bone.
So I guess it's just Hiro being Hiro.
It affects the sense of balance, but wears off after some time. And if you cast it more times, it's effect will be useless. But it's stated that Wendy can't cast that on her. Plus even if she did, a few times, and then it'll be useless, so same as not using it.
