Only two that made sense was Laxus or Erza. The leadership(more on Erza's side) the power the influence. The ability to get shit done. Erza can get hotheaded but that applies to Laxus and Makarov as well

Laxus is pretty capable as a leader, strengthwise Laxus is stronger than Erza. Though Erza can pull off as much BS as Natsu can ( at least Natsu has the excuse of being a Shounen protag ). Erza being GM means less screen time which is a good idea to showcase more FT members like hopefully Levi and Gajeel more

I love it! GRUVIA rules!!!!! They just totally fit together, and all those rumors are hilarious but in reality she just moved in and refused to leave XD

I can't say that I am disappointed at Erza being the seventh master (a part of my rational being knew that she would have likely become the master) but kind of wanted a stupid twist in the plot and Happy would be master (I can't not love that cat)

One of the only times where I actually liked Erza being a Mary Sue.

Elfman's putting up a fight against Natsu eh? I really hope this means Elfman can take on more powerful foes than just minion fodder.



...Not sure how I feel about Erza being guild master.....I would preferred Laxus...but that's probably because I actually like Laxus so I'm probably just biased there.

Pretty solid set up for the next arc, they probably have to save Makarov from some sort of mental state considering how he was when he disbanded Fairy Tail.

Loved when Loke came out of nowhere for the bawl. Good old nostalgia chapter lots of call backs to chapter 2 I was laughing for most of it.

Yup. Throughout this series, it's so evident that Mashima gives Erza special treatment. It gets really old. I wish he would realize that it's okay for her to take a back seat. No one's gonna forget her or think she's weak, since he practically drilled into our heads that she's invincible, but please give other characters a chance.

I truly do believe that none of the current members are suited, Erza included. That doesn't mean I'm not happy, because I'm extremely biased towards Erza *____* <3 So I like this chapter.



For a second I thought it was going to be Lucy until I saw Erza's footstomp.



I'm wondering what'll happen with Makarov and how/why/by who he was captured, assuming he was captured to begin with and isn't just poisoned with some incurable disease/magic/curse or something.



It's possible Laxus is out trying to save Makarov.

That gossip tho.
