Don't worry. It's pretty much over now. We can get back to more important things. Like poor Juvia having to make a very heavy choice

Much better chapter than last week's. Silver lied through his teeth all this time until he almost died and Gray doesn't get his powers thank the lord. Also happy to see Juvia taking the key role of ending this story when Gray can't. Love it!

Touching chapter with some decent emotion between father and son. It seems that Keith told Juvia Silver's afterlife story to make her hesitate in beating him because it will also take out Silver.



Does anyone else get the feeling that we might eventually end up in Edolas again? Marde stated that they needed a vast amount of curse power and that the normal magic of the country was interfering, hence the Face Project. It seems that either the chairman will be stopped partway through activating Face, activate a few of them and then the various magic guilds will go and take out the active faces before they fire or finally the chairman will just barely activate the system before being taken out and Lumen Histoire will protect at least fairy tail from losing their magic. I just get the feeling that E.N.D. will not just pop up after the plan falls apart and since Edolas is now devoid of magic it could be the perfect place to revive E.N.D.



(spoiler references for Rave Master here) I am not sure if Gray will get a slayer-type magic, but it might be possible that he could get some kind of augment to his own magic like Musica did back in Rave Master with Reina and the Silver Ray. Hiro definitely based a lot of Gray's character off of Musica. The fact that we have another demon lord style character with Marde Guille means we might see Gray's magic become more potent against demons like Musica's Silver Ray weapon was against Pumpkin Doryu in order to make him useful in the big climactic fight with the King of Hades without him becoming a full demon slayer.



In the end we just have to wait and see how things unfold.

This really had me in tears, started crying when Gray was forced the option to kill his father in order to save his guild ;_;

So much tragicness, just wanted to hug him.

Great chapter overall, that Silver-Gray hug scene is one of my favs.

P.S Gray-sama's mother's name is really beautiful <3
