Fairy Tail Chapter 377 Discussion

The fight between Wendy and Ezel was like most fights in this arc (and the series) a boring, curb stomp battle in the favour of the  Fairy Tail Guild. I find it funny that before going into dragon force she couldn't lay a finger on him, but after transforming the fight turns into an almost a completely one sided fight in her favour. Especially since a similar situation happened with Sting and Rogue expect when they went into Dragon force the two of them combined doing a unions raid it didn't do shit to a base mode Natsu. Why is it that when Fairy Tail members use dragon force it is overpowered as hell, but when Sabber Tooth uses dragon force it becomes utter shit.



Also, Zeref's Nine Demon Gates are so underwhelming, I mean Deliora was also a Demon of Zeref and he was able to force Ur who was said to be 10 wizard saint tier, into sacrificing  herself just to beat him. Plus from what I could tell Deliora wasn't a very intelligent creature and was purely acting on instinct, you would think the  Nine Demon Gates who appear to be intelligent would be more devastating but apparently not. I guess the only competent antagonist I can hope for this series is Acnologia, but then again one of his attacks was blocked by a friend barrier so I should keep my exception very low. 2/5

Because Dragon Force was always OP to begin with, only one that was worth a shit against Natsu was Zero, and he still lost.



Kudos to Laxus for curb stomping without Dragon Force or Power ups and probably Cobra for being skillful with the fake DS magic he has, honestly, the rest are either bad (Sting and Rogue) or in complete need of a power-up to shine properly (1st generation except Natsu since he has Power of Feelings/Lightning Flame Dragon mode).

Interesting chapter! Cant wait for the next!!! Dragon force Wendy is so cool!!!

I suppose the real power of face is under that face like structure and that why she failed to destroy it.

Damn, had to left so didn't get leave reply earlier, But looks like Sky Dragon Force makes it user ruler of the air in the area where he/she is...and it makes you so goddamn faster.



So Blade demon? didn't expect it with that kind of body, tough he to be more like water or fire demon. and damn Wendy shows he the place where he belongs...



but did not stop the timer?...Okay now i hope that what i fear does not happen..AKA Wendy sacrificing herself

Yes, I think so.



Looking back at it that makes sense- I compared the last page of this chapter to that of last week's and previous weeks and there's no bold text or anything on the last page, implying that it will be on the next one.
