Fairy Tail Chapter 322 Discussion

Wow, this chapter was just painful. I mean FT defeating everyone was just the regular shit this manga has delivered but watching Sting tremble and surrender was just painful and hard to read.



It's like Mashima sits and thinks before he draws the chapter: "what can I do to make this manga even worse than it already is?"

Actually I think its from the Fairy Tail fans who watch reviews of manga on Youtube. All 3 of the most popular Manga reviewers on Youtube HATED this chapter, so I'm guessing their fans hated it too, especially after the explanations given by the reviewers.

I doubt it. He doesn't seem like a friendly guy who'd go along with other dragons. He's too much of a snob. Though if he did, he'd pretty much kill other dragons to make sure he's the leader xD



Though, considering it's FT, the attack of the dragons won't be as bad as we imagine. It's all part of a plan that can be stopped and they might even be controlled and blah blah all that. Happy ending with a twist!



I only want to see if Igneel and the rest finally appear and maybe learn about their disappearance deal. It's about time. If we do not learn some of the past events of the dragons, I'll consider the whole dragon attack a failure >_>Since Acnologia is dragon king I'm just wondering if he is the one that lead the 10000 dragon.

Vol.36:

1st week:148,004( vol.36)+ 21,499(special edition with dvd( the movie)= 169,503 total

2nd week: 322,513+87,181=409,694 total

I guess special edition with dvd helps a lot!



And yet, Bleach, Naruto and One Piece all have more sales than Fairy Tail.



I'm just putting this out there, but there are several reasons shown in this chapter as to why Fairy Tail will always be 4rth (if not lower).



Actually it has outsold bleach on a few occasions.And nothing can outsold One Piece so don't include it.

I'm usually not too bothered by the ridiculous endings to fights in FT. Hell, at this point I almost expect it. But Sting surrendering was a little disappointing, because it was so close to being an impressive turn of events. A member apparently weaker than Minerva, to say nothing of Laxus/Natsu/Erza; intelligently biding his time and taking out 5 at once to win the tournament. The build-up to it was good enough, showing glimpses of Sting waiting while the others were fighting and tiring themselves out. Plus the points total being just right. And it's not as though it would ruin the story. They could have used that as the event that was predicted. Plus I doubt Fairy Tail would take it personally. They could still be chummy afterwards, and they can move onto the dragons or whatever the hell happens next.

If you noticed, on the final day they all stood together in the beginning and at the end they came together again. :)
