Not really, I think he meant that he makes things up lie per chapter and not really the overall chapter. 'sides now that he has so many factors it's kinda hard to imagine that he doesn't have a general (not specific but general) picture of where thigns are going. Otherwise we are in for a serious mess.

Mira already took a bulletexplosion for Lisanna. So if you disregard the chance of them being relatives, it would be more like giving Yukino a chance to experience "sibling love"

I won't stop reading, but I will be really annoyed. The only person I could see him beating is juvia or a worn out gray.
