Well being dead or not is matter of your own perception... IMO she's pretty much dead since she's not breathing and she is not well... living as a living thing.... I do agree that Ice is composed of the same stuff living beings are... but Ice is something really different... something not living.... Too bad that was the only way to defeat Deliora... such a shame... and also is a shame that Leon only wanted that... but what she said is quite true...
