Really?  I actually loved it.  Not only did we see Gray make quick work out of Owl guy but also saw that his admiration of Erza goes way back.  I liked how it was set up.  It's like Gray was thinking those scenes at each point during the fight.



I have to agree with vindemon, i really liked how they had that as some sort of effect. It really made everything stand out, his memories as well as the fight!!!

I've always thought when flashbacks such as those are mixed into a fight scene. It makes the fight more..epic

Pretty good chapter, though I have to say that the fights in this arc, are going a bit to fast for my taste.

the battle with the Assassin's guild members seems very short ending with 1-2 skills usage

And really, its about time we see some action from Gray.  It feels like forever since he's actually done some serious fighting.

It either shows that these legendary assassins aren't as strong as their legend or the regular fairy tail member s are really strong.
