I actually rather enjoy this manga, first off the art is very abnormal for a shoujo, the characters aren't long and thin which is the typical art style, it actually gives off more of a shounen feel to be honest. If someone were to show me a single page (as long as it isn't while the MC is having her deep thoughts) I would believe this was a shounen. The story is rather nice though... Wonder what he is gonna do after seeing the MC is a girl, though he should be happy finding out to be honest, then he won't think he is gay later on.
