Skip Beat! Chapter 236 Discussion

The new chapter was fine, but I find it extremely boring that Ren is always involved. I know the story needs to go to certain directions, but Ren has already been in Full Moon and that  Jack the Ripper movie thing with Mogami. Also he was filming nearby when she was filming her drama.



I just wish the story would actually develop a bit faster, since it's become boring, even it's my 2nd favorite manga.

That smile of approval from Sho after getting a beat down and talking to (lol, that was hilarious and badass. Go Kyoko. Loving the spirit.) was the best. He's totally rooting for her. He may be self absorbed and a spoiled brat, lol, but he's ok Shoutaro. He's growing up.



Now for things to get saucy! Ren you just have to be the samurai. You just have to be!! Sensei ONEGAI!!!

Atta Gurl! Show them what you got!



Sho is looking good huh? Did Nakamura-sensei change her art style? Hahaha. He looks neat. LOL.



Can't wait for the new arc! Ninjas and Samurais? I'm sold! Gaah. Please Ren, be the main lead. Begging you!

This was a great chapter! I really liked the way Kyouko handled Sho! I am really looking forward to the next chapter!

They definitely insinuated in the last chapter that Ren was going to be the main lead (as in they turned it down...but maybe not!), the person the ninja is protecting and in love with.



I've been waiting 14yrs for this arc. It's about time!!!

My goodness I love this manga!! I'm so excited to see Kyoko acting out a love role in the future, and I'm glad at how pumped she is!! The way she said she felt confident about acting the role, and it cutting to her and Ren >~< I just cannot wait. I have a feeling we will be seeing some good expressions in the future...

Even though this manga is SUPER slow. When it finishes. Damn! All the shoujos should kowtow to this. Anyways... I do like Sho's new hair. But their faces are so much rounder? I hope I get used to it.

Kyouko and Sho's interactions are hi-larious! I love the way she just comes at him with a kick and tells him that her lips are definitely worth more then his shoes and then calls him stupid for buying some obviously overpriced (from her point of view) goods. The interview was cool but I thought it was funny that she only said what she did because she didn't think anyone would take it seriously anyway ( since it seems to be making fun of them). I am not sure though, since during the filming the interviewer seemed impressed.
