It's because she wants to introduce herself to them and also tell them should they ever feel the need to bring their long life to an end they can come to her and she will carry out their wish. Because of what happened with that human at the ball, in the supposed "suicide" of that pureblood who used a human in the process of ending their life. She just wants to keep the purebloods from involving humans like that when they're ending their lives I guess. It's all explained a few chapters back. You'll understand if you reread the last few chaps
