Pretty good chapter as always.

Things will go to shit even more now.

1. Hild will do something bad

2. The Shaman will follow suit

3. Vinland might catch the disease as well

4. The settlers fighting, + when the fight stops, there will probably be some arguing on what they have/need to do

5. The rats are still alive

6. The most important factor is the name of the arc- Thousand Year Voyage

Conflict is inevitable and this chapter is proof/The start of it.

Thorfinn will definitely try to de-escalate the situation and he will try to find a solution to it all, if he can. Like Canute said- What will Thorfinn do in a similar situation, we will see soon.

Good fucking writing, Yukimura never missed.

The domino will continue to fall

The natives dying of a disease so conflict will become even less likely? Shock!! Everyone being against and even punching the only person here with any sense? Shock!

This author has really shown his lack of strong writing this arc, it's always been there since farmland saga, but never obvious in the way it is now. My rating of the manga goes down yet again. The fact you thought the conflict will be less from the way the chapter literally told you AND even showed u the end of the page shows you couldn't understand the whole theme of the whole series let alone what the whole message of the arc itself
