This was a great chapter. A beautiful development for hild's character who is beginning to realize she's already in the path of forgiveness, the parallel with the bear was nicely done. Time has already began to heal her and it's a good thing to see.
The chief of the natives is a very interesting character, can't wait to see more of him and the so called ritual he's intending to do.
This arc is so far fascinating, it has some quality of the farming arc. It's heading to be one of the best final arcs ever if yukimura manages to write a great end to this story, which all signs are showing it's likely to be the case. The build up is top notch so far and there are a lot of ideas from the past arcs that are being cemented with new ones in this setting. And i like how yukimura is still taking his time with the characters and themes even in the final arc, which is a good sign of insuring quality writing unlike most of the writers who often rush the final parts of their stories.
