Vinland Saga Chapter 176 Discussion

We won't be seeing Leif go to Vinland because of his old age. Great chapter, 20 Years has passed since then, the least few panels really made me tear up

The rapid aging that happened to Leaf is sad but realistic. It's the type of thing you see all the time if you work in hospitals. After a certain age, if you just stop: stop moving around, stop interacting with things, your mental faculties decline at an absurdly fast rate.

Those were some really Bitter-sweet last few pages. This arc has been really slow, to be honest. Feels like the calm before the storm.




Well historically the Vinland settlement failed and Vinalnd was soon forgotten by the Europeans in a few years. At least Canute is known as Canute the Great in history. So things were better on that side.

#PAIN we only got 17 pages

Delightful 17 pages however, the dialogues shared between Leif and Thorfinn were much enjoyable. Only if it picked up pace so that we could get quicker progression and some more enjoyment for the final arc.



It'll be too hard to wait another month :(:(  I think I'm gonna leave it on hold for a long while so that I can binge and enjoy.

Best Vinland Saga chapter in a WHILE. I liked the interactions here, and Thorfinn reflecting on it really did remind us on how far he has come compared to how he was as a kid when having to go through tons of problems and losses along the way.

Me : It has been 7 years



Finish this manga already damn it. I'm tired of this slow plot and waiting.
