Vinland Saga Chapter 118 Discussion

Well I have finally caught up with the story, and It was a hell of a ride. On this chapter I was really sad about Hild, but on the other hand I am happy that I can see Thorfinn like the BADASS he used to be. I wonder how things will turn out, I really hope that Hild joins Thorfinn and the others.

So Thorfin is Hild's Askeladd?

I was hoping we'd get a flashback. I can really see why she hates Thorfinn now.

Hild's father is like Thors. And a great dad too. I feel so bad for Hild and her family.

Ahh Angry Thorfinn.... oh how I missed you....



I started reading this manga just because I liked the whole revenge plot and angry angry badass Thorfinn. I kinda wish Thorfinn was still badass.. and angry all the time.  Well somehow this manga is still interesting enough even without the things that made me love it in the first place.



Well this chapter is a 4/5 I'd say.

One of the best chapters in a long time. Hild is quite the genius.

Thorfinn was so different back then...

I think the forgiveness thing that Hild's father said will definitely come back later when Thorfinn confronts Hild

ahhh damn, and now we see where hild is coming from.

Nice flashback chapter to get us to see where her rage is coming from in every detail. Angry Thorfinn is back for just an instant.



Anyone else think that she in the future might build the boat that will get them to Vinland?
