Poor woman :(

I was really fooled for a moment that Canute is female, but then I thought "Wait, that's impossible, they better have a plausible explanation for this.. oh it's a double, yep that's the most satisfying explanation for this" lol

Thought Canute was a woman for a second,then I realized it was a double.

Well , it was a very nice conversation...damn...

Haha. That hug was so cute. Thofinn looked so uncomfortable.

I want to actually see how Ylfa and Helga are doing. I wish the manga followed them more.

                Thorfinn is not...very...stable...



Anywayz, I loved this chapter



Edit: And I'm actually wondering why Leif is so surprised about Thorfinn being different than he was when he was a child... A lot of teenagers are like Thorfinn... minus the knives and the badassery, but still like Thorfinn.



Also, with Thorfinn's surname being "Karlsefni", we finally know what historical person he is based on (not very historical since he comes from the Saga of the Greenlanders, but still).

How the hell could he expect Thorfinn to be like that?  What would have normally happened was Askeladd would have sold Thorfinn into slavery and the boy would have grown up being abused his whole life and losing the will the live like all the other slaves we saw in the past few chapters.  Instead through convoluted means unbeknownst to Lief and us readers, he was able to stay with Askeladd and turn into a murderous beast.  Pretty damn shocking and against all expectations I'd say.
