Yeah I think Thorfinn is gonna lose this duel, I can't see Askeladd dying right now... He still has too much to do.

                well since I read all 43-45 at once I figured there was no need to do individual chapter posts for each.



43 - pretty much proved my point that Thorfinn bows his head to no one



44 - Damn I was almost sure Askeladd was going to go for the King's throat the second he mentioned that his mother may have been a slave.  But all in all that meeting was awesome.



45 - Everything is shaping up for one hell of an awesome coup/assassination plot and on another note I'm not looking forward to the idea of Thorfinn losing to Askeladd again.  But at least if he does I can pretty much guarantee that it will be the last time that he does.

Amazing chapter, manly tears were shed.

I hope Thorfinn doesn't lose again too.



The reunion between the Prince and the King was intense, I can't wait to see how the Prince and his army handle business.

bjorn's death at the hands of askeladd was to be expected, but that didn't made the scene any less hard hitting.
