This and the physical feats (even more in the last chapters) put shame on the good side of the manga.

@Jfs_ Not "Boring"? Directing and story/personal drama are used to prevent that in this kind of case.

Uncle Thorkell, that's pretty cool and Canute suddenly acting like a king was wayyy too sudden, I understand the trauma of losing Ragnar but still, way too fast.

Well fuck. The prince suddenly grew balls.

I was not expecting that. Not at all. I'd thought he'd snapped. Well, he did sorta snap, and turned his back on God, but it seems he's going to try and do good things.



I loved, just loved, loved, loved, that transition of logic. It was so natural. The artist used the Christian perspective and twisted it to create Chanute's new philosophy.



This manga is so human. It shows the ugliest side of humanity, and is now showing it's potential for good in the ugliest of situations. Awesome.
