Yep still on hiatus, although the mankaka tweeted that they plan to bring back the series soon.

The only news I know of is this but it's from February and there still hasn't been any further updates except for a tweet a couple of months ago, saying it was coming back. Miwa has posted more DOGS art recently so who knows.
