True Awakening: Ascending the Grimworld

Almond Crowshade was the last surviving human in a dying world whose people failed to conquer the Grand Abyss Labyrinth and Dungeons.

All other adventurers gave up on clearing the 30th Floor of the Labyrinth after the strongest of the Adventurers failed and died there.

Dungeon Breaks occurred and ultimately, a few million escaped in limited spaceships while leaving behind billions to die.

But Almond was filled with unending hate and his persistence to destroy the system that brought tragedy to his loved ones and his world, challenging the 30th Floor multiple times and ultimately defeating the Floor Boss on his dying breath by achieving true awakening.

But there was no one left aside from him.

A mysterious figure appeared on the floor, looking at him with amusement and pity, feeling it was a waste to let him die in this dying world, especially after his awakening of an X-rank trait that signified limitless potential.
