17 years ago, in the year of 2004. A girl was born to a women named Nadia Vurgadda. Her mother was apart of human trafficking, and was trying to raise a child in secret. The father of the child was also unknown because she saw him once at the bar with a group of his friends. She had taken him back to her apartment after they were both drunk, she never learned his name but could remember the face. one day her mother slipped up and the traffickers found the girl, she was only 15 at the time. They did not seem to care how young she was, they enrolled the girl in school but also dragged her into the sex work at the age of 15. No matter how many times she tried to escape from their grasp she could never get far. Every time they catch her, her punishment became more brutal. One day at school a student told a teacher about the young girls bruises and scars. The police were involved and the girl was taken in for investigation. No matter how many times they asked the girl who she was or where she was from and who her parents were she would never answer them. As the police investigated deeper they found more girls and some older boys who had the same marks or worse, so they involved the FBI. Once the FBI were involved they asked once again who the kids parents were but none of them answered. except for one girl, Emma. She looked up at the team and said m mother is Nadia Vurgadda, and my father is unknown. All i know is a description on him and it is not much detailed. My mother has only told me what she can remember.
